Vaporeon diving deep Base

Vaporeon is not jumping I think this is the first Eevelution base I've done not in a attack mode....although it probably could still be seen as attacking *sigh*

This one was hard to draw, the pose and all the fin bits were so hard to get the shape right and I left it without the facial markings so people could do their own, comment if people want me to alter it and add the markings in.
